PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Registration is NOT complete until you have paid a deposit of 50% of your ULTRA package. The deposit to secure your ULTRA Experience is non-refundable. Deposits will NOT be refunded for incidents beyond ULTRA’s control. This includes, but is not limited to: your illness, your inability to participate, natural disasters, epidemics and unexpected adverse weather.
Final Payments are due on December 13th, 2019. If you fail to render your final payment by the deadline, your costume package will be offered to persons on the waiting list.
Section, measurement and size changes will incur a fee of EC$250.
Completing this purchase/deposit is an acknowledgement that you have read and do hereby accept the above-mentioned terms.
